Our Visions

A heritage rooted in faith.

  1. 1

To walk by the Spirit with a pure heart, bearing the fruit of the Spirit (Galatians 5:16-18, 22-25, 1 Timothy 4:12).

  2. 2

To create a special heritage for communities and the next generation (Psalm 119:111, Psalm 144:12).

  3. 3

To reach communities with the good news of our messiah, locally and all over the world (Matthew 28:19-20, Romans 10:14).

  4. 4

To be Holy Spirit filled and used by God (Yah) in restoration (Isaiah 58:6-14, Acts 4:31).

  5. 5

To perfect holiness out of reverence for God (2 Corinthians 7:1).

  6. 6

To ensure that prayer and God centred worship is principal in fellowship life (Luke 21:36, 1 Thessalonians 5:17).

  7. 7

Endeavouring to continue the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace (Ephesians 4:3).

What we believe

Our Statement of Faith and Fundamental Beliefs

  1. 1

Good Fruit Heritage is a not-for-profit community interest company and fellowship that is evangelical and centred on Yeshua (Jesus) the Messiah as the only provision for the sin of mankind through His atonement and resurrection (Romans 6:1-23, John 3:16, John 11:25-26, John 14:6, 1 John 1:9, 1 John 2:2, Acts 4:12, Ephesians 2:8-9).

  2. 2

We believe the Holy Bible teaches a tri-unity of the Godhead, and that the Tanakh (Old Covenant or Testament) and Brit HaDashah (New Covenant or Testament) are the plenary inspired, inerrant and infallible Word of God and supreme doctrinal authority for our beliefs and lives (Matthew 28:19, John 10:30, John 14:16-17, John 14:26, 2 Corinthians 13:14, Matthew 3:16-17, 1 Peter 1:2).

  3. 3

We believe that every follower of Jesus Christ must refrain from sinful passions and rather make great efforts to follow righteousness (Romans 6:5-11, 2 Timothy 2:22, Colossians 1:10).

  4. 4

We believe in holiness of life, loving our neighbour, obeying the laws of God and of the land (Romans 13:1-10).

  5. 5

We believe that the fundamentals of life are summed up in the 10 Commandments of God given to Moses on Mount Sinai.  These consist of 4 laws in our relationship to the Lord God Almighty, Creator of Heaven and the Earth.  These are then followed by 6 laws relating to each human being given by God to instruct us in our daily lives before Him (Exodus 20:1-17).

  6. 6

We believe that Holy Scripture shows that both Jews and Gentiles are one in Yeshua/Jesus (Ephesians 2:11-22; and 3:6), being the ‘one new man’ (Ephesians 2:15) and that believers should preserve their own ethnic and cultural identities (Acts 17:26 and 1 Corinthians 7:17-18).

  7. 7

We believe in salvation through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ (Adonai Yeshua HaMashiach). Who died for our sins according to the Holy Scriptures, was buried and was raised from among the dead on the third day according to the Holy Scriptures, and through His Blood we have redemption. (Titus 2:11; 3:5-7; Romans 10:8-15; 1 Corinthians 15:3-4). This experience is also known as the New Birth and is an instantaneous and complete operation of the Holy Spirit (Ruach HaKodesh) upon initial faith in the Lord Jesus Christ (Yeshua HaMashiach) (John 3:5-6; James 1:18; 1 Peter 1:23; 1 John 5:1).

  8. 8

We believe that society consists of families and that God sanctified marriage to be central to family life. We believe that God’s Word defines and interprets marriage as a single man and a single woman joining together in an exclusive covenant to become one flesh (Genesis 2:18-25, Matthew 19:6).

  9. 9

We believe that every human is made in the image of God and is equal. We believe that all people should be honoured and treated with respect and the family of God consists of every nation, tribe, people and tongue (Genesis 1:27; Romans 2:11; 1 Corinthians 12:27; 1 Peter 2:17; Revelation 7:9).
