The information you provide

The platform stores account details, nominations, consent, referral relationships, enquiries and payment references to operate the community. Passwords are hashed. Card information is handled by Stripe when payments are enabled.

Your profile and nominations

Your account details remain private. Approved Fellow profiles show photos, names and fruit qualities to Free Subscribers; Fellows can read the testimony, city and nominator attribution. Public visitors receive up to four search previews. A completed recognition can appear in first-name search only when the nominee agrees to show their name and fruit and the nominator agrees to show their name alongside it. Either person can withdraw their permission in My profile; the recognition is then removed from search. Emails, contact details, testimony and payment details are never included in public search results. Living nominees complete their own consent, including self-nominations. For a resting or deceased nominee, the nominator provides the declaration. Public child profiles are not available; this release accepts accounts and nominations for people aged 18 and over.

Your choices

Contact the team to ask about access, corrections or deletion. Retention periods, the organisation’s full contact address, processing grounds and provider disclosures must be finalised before public launch.
